long gestation and small clutch of young doesnt help, but thats typical Heterometrus really

I want a scorp, dont know what to get though. I see spidershop has a few to choose from. I know emps get rather big, would you suggest any C Strike?
Maybe 1 that can live in a large faunarium, but probably the large flat faunarium would be better for scorps

IMO, i still rate emporors as the best scorps, theyr communal and they get big.
I have to admit, Heterometrus has really taken my fancy recently.. theres a fair number of species and theyr all quite different. They get big and theyr pretty active.
its much more hostile though, but i really enjoyed caring for my old Opistopthalmus carinatus, that was feisty, quick confident and good fun to watch.
It was a pretty colour and only about a medium scorp. they do well on sand with a low humidity.
overall though, a group of emporors is a good viewing tank IMO

Im sorry, what does IMO stand for? I'm getting there with the abbreviations
What size tank would you be looking at for an adult emp?
