Depends on what red rump and tiger rump u have. Ive seen some shocking things given these names from pet shops. If you mean B vagans and C.fasciatum then help is as follows
GBB: 2" peat substrate give it a pot at one end even though they only use them really when moulting. They will web profusley. Water dish at opposite end but it may end up being webbed over. Dry substrate. Fill water dish. Temps about 80 will do. They arent fussy. B. vagans: 2-3" peat substrate. Let the water dish over flow when you top it up as they like it slightly damper than most brachys but not sopping. I dont meansure humidity with any spiders its pointless. Some prefer it damper, some not. Look at their place of origin (the species that is). Obv if they are from a tropical rainforest they would appredciate a damper situation. B. vagans locale varies greatly. They are hardy and will deal with waht you give them. Full water dish at all times as with most and they will be happy. Temp...75-80 prob wouldnt bother with much higher. Some vagans wil make burrows so you can give them the opportunity. My female does and she has about 4" of peat and has a cave under her hide! ![]() C.fasciatum: 2-3" substrate give pot or pipe to hide in. My female used to use hers a lot. Same as vagans for rest.

Cheers Layla, its a Mexican Red Leg that i have. By the sounds of it its just the same conditions. Also its the Costa Rican Tiger Rump. When you say water dish, is that pure water or a bit of spaghum moss sprayed with water and alittle extra?
So just to make sure, the GBB & Red Leg the substrate should be dry while the Costa Rican Tiger Rump should be alittle damp?
