Default species identification?

Hello

I am new here!
Anyway, starting with a question...
I got this T about 8 years ago as a Pamphobeteus sp II
However I have seen pictures of Pampho sp II and they look to be metallic purple ish.
Mine is slightly metallic blue/green when it moults, but for the most part it is dull brown/black.
I haven't been able to find out what it is... any ideas?

I have a few ideas in mind, but I would need to see a better pic of the thorax.

Thrixopelma pruriens imo
green velvet.
Its been in the hobby for a long time, but its one that isnt kept too often
Definately not a Pamphobeteus species. Thrixopelma come from the same areas of South America so it is likely its been mis identified...
Once they get quite large they dont tend to molt too often. my friends hasnt molted in nearly 4 years...thats quite a long time lmao

Thats what I though it could be, it also looks female.

Looked up some pics of Thrix Purians and it does look like my T.
Will see if I can get a better pic of the Thorax.

The spider has not been sexed but it was already pretty big and has not grown much since I got it (8years ago), so I guessed it was probably female.

It's deffo not a seemani, I would like to bet it is a T. pruriens. It's the colour thats making me think female. I had an adult male (sold it begining of week) and his colour was much lighter.

How big is she?

I guess shes about 6-8"....if I am remembering how to measure correctly (tip of front right to tip of back left?)

Last moult was 30/10 this year! So just last week. I can't remember the last time she moulted though, maybe 1.5-2yrs.

Temperament wise shes pretty mellow
I don't handle her but I can go in beside her and she doesn't bother. I had one of her siblings but sadly it died about a year after I got it. I also had an almost identical male (which I was given as Pamph sp. 1...)
Both of them were also very relaxed spiders, especially the male.

Unlike my B. Smithi. Its a mental case. Not that I handle my t's anyway but it'd be nice to get into her tank without her careering round the place.
