Default My Psalmopoeus cambridgei

My chevvie molted today. showed no signs of it apart from going abit dark yesterday, and he made a trampoline type web above him rather than below.
Its prob about 4cm now roughyl. Got a shiny gold bum.
Well, I was wondering how do you get the skins out of yours what with
them being fast and climbin up stuff and all?
mine seems to be sitting on it and washing.
3 molts in one week! Lucky me!
