They're not asexual they're hermaphrodites, both male and female, and most species can't self-fertilise you still need two to fertilise each other.

There have been claims of some snails self-fertilising, but I don't think any have actually been verified. They can store sperm from a single mating for many months, possibly years even, which can mislead people into thinking they have self-fertilised.

They are great pets Don't need much time! Or money..

Or company as long as the tank is taken care will cleaned and their feed they won't mind
I love mine have Margies, Immacs, Tiger snails, A.fulica var Rodazli and A.fulica var. Hamelli and Mega can't seem to get enough of them
