Default ornamental baboon

got ornamental baboon coming on monday read up on em but still not sure due to soo many conflicting ideas ,any advice appreciated .im not thick by the way i do research but sumtimes its better to ask people who keep inverts and exotics rather than those who think they know about em

Ornamental baboon? I'm guessing you mean the togo starburst (Heteroscodra maculata), but the scientific name would help?

Ornamentals are usually Heteroscodra Maculata.

If not, then stay away from these. They are very defensive and will bite if they feel threatened. They are also VERY fast - strangely I had one run up my arm about 2 hours ago while rehousing - they also have a nasty bite.

yeh thats what I was thinking mine is probably the worse spider I own for hecticness when trying to do maintenance

This is one of the slings I got a good while back, they are all shedding within a few days of each other (I love it when that happends) and are now about 2 inch.

Default yes it is a maculata

ive heard they are nasty and have kept spiders for a few years but mainly chiles n red knees ,i have also kept scorpions in the past asn feel like a challenge lol they are lovely looking spiders and i am well aware of thier reputation lol thak you for your concerns
i still am no wiser as to wether they like humidity or not
