Never been bitten in 2 years of collecting T's and I have some pretty aggressive species. Can only say what I've read and that is basically what everyone else has said about being like a bee sting etc .
The ornamentals have (sp) the worst venom of all the T's. They deliver a VERY painful bite, and they will bite without thinking twice about it if they can't run away. So if you force handling on them you are just asking for it, lol.

I dont even handle my chile let alone my ornamentals, I aint that brave or stupid lol.

I used to have a Monkey Eating Spider but I had to sell it on because it was far too much hassle buying tubs of monkeys to feed the damn thing and at £2,500 for just 4 or 5 monkeys, very expensive !

Ive still got several escaped bloody squirrel monkeys running amok in the loft. Can't get to sleep. Tut, cuss moan.

Sounds like a bad idea to me, if it was capable of killing monkeys with its venom, i doubt humans would fair much better!
