I was wondering how long a B.smithi spiderling can go without food? Mine is about half an inch long. I've posted about him going a bit darker all over and am told he is probably coming up for a moult and I know not to feed him for a week after his moult but was just wondering how long they can go without eating. He spends all his time in his hide. Is it safe for me to try him with food again on a weekly basis or will I be stressing him out if he is getting ready to moult?

A fat spiderling do well without food for over a month. You can try to feed It with pre killed food, leave the food in the container for a night and remove next day if hadn't been eaten. Don't forget to provide water for your sling!!!

mine hasnt eaten live food since ive had it (3 week) so i just cut a cricket up and put it in its tub and it eats that
