can anyone tell me how to sex a Mexican Red Knee tarantula

How old is it?
Normally you cannot tell the sex of any tarantula until it is near enough adult, and even then it usually involves taking a good look at their skin after a molt.
Most adult males will have hooks on their front legs about 3 segments up, which are used to hold the females fangs during mating.
Another method, which is not fool proof, especially if you only have one mexican red knee, is by the colour.
Males are usually much brighter and a striking orange, whereas the female will be more dull and maybe even a cream instead of orange.
