Default Nippy crickets

Got a new chile, have introduced crickets but they seem to be be to quick. as they get close to her they just jump away. What should i do?..

put the crix in the fridge for 5 minutes before feeding them to your spid, it'll slow them down

Or you could pull off their back legs.

Snip the back legs and chuck em in

I have the dopiest C.Crawshayi ever alive I think, so I snip the back legs and crimp the legs on either the right or left side so it runs in circles and she eventually realises its food and gets it.

i dont think u should be cutting of the crickets back legs..dont think this is what happens in wild.the strongest survive if it cant catch its own food its better off dead imo

Thats your opinion and your entitled to it

But I won't let a massive C.Crawshayi die because she was damaged in transport, she got to a big size beforehand because she was aggressive enough to feed well, so she put the hard work in when young

squeeze em a teeny bit with large tweezers

sometimes kills them but otherwise slows them down a bit lol

Thanks all. sounds evil but if it's them or my chile then the legs have to go...
Think i will put them in fridge then use the kitchen scissors if my misses don;t find out.. once again thanks
