Pinhead might be a bit small, but normal size is too big. Something like Q3 or L3 whatever they call them. A good guide to feeding size is the cricket should ideally be no bigger than the spiders carapace.
If it is.. if you can't get anything smaller (obviously adult crix are out of the question for such a small spider!) then take a cricket one size up and either kill it or crush it a bit so it can't attack your spider. Your spider will then have more of a chance of catching it and killing it
GBB's are generally great with food. Mine eats anything!

Thanks Becky

Just checked pinheads. Had millions in the tub about 2 weeks ago and still LOADS left alive and they've grown a bit too, but still smaller than the carapace. Will get some in the next size up.

He's also made quite alot of web already. Normal for a GBB?

Sorry to be a pain

GBB's are webbing machines! Give it a while and the whole tank will be a white sheet!

Tip for crickets. Put them into a tank and feed them fish food and bits of carrot for water.. they last ages
