Thumbs up Another new spider!!!

Well, im getting my goliath this week, BUT I went into Wildside AGAIN today, and they just had a delivery in. He opened the box while my sis and I were there, and there was 10 baby greenbottle blues!!!
A tenner each, and I never thought id get one ever, so I got one and my sis did too. They are so cute!! About an inch big and have the prettiest colours!! I know they wont stay that colour. I love the golden carapace.

Was hoping it could go on the smallest locusts or the smallest standard crickets, but obviously they are still too young and probably be scared.
They grow quickly dont they?

Also, Celia has got a new big home. She is still trying to climb though lol. And velvet has moved to a bigger home too as after her last shed she was a little too large for her old tank/

Will post pics soon.

very nice pics i see you got a biggish cricket in with it when it was a baby. I wanted to give mine a small cricket/locust instead of micros. What size was yours then at that age? And what size is it in the second pic?

Was about 1" and tackled prey a lot bigger than themselves.
Now he/she is about 3.5-4"

My GBB looks a bit like that sling - very cute. I get size 2 crickets, but at the end of three/four weeks the last crix are big and mean
The GBB doesn't seem to mind though, he pounces as soon as they appear. I try not to put in anything bigger than him, but sometimes it's big or no dinner.
