How long do tarantulas spend in there sheading postition? just wanna no so i no when to worry about my red-knee.

All depends, I've had some take an hour, then again I've had some take 12 hours. There's really no set time for shedding. Most care sheets say upto 24 hours. Don't worry about her, I'm sure she'll be fine.
