Default Peacock mantids coming soon!!!!!!!!!

I did it, I said I would one day. but hubby wasn't really that keen. then macro junkies pictures blew us away and hubby was totaly enthralled!

I have a pair of sub adult peacock mantids (pseudempusa pinnapavonis)coming in the week from Graham Smith. I'm sooo excited!

Also got 4 Macleay's Spectre nymphs for the kids, 1 male and 3 females. Mainly cause my son has taken a liking to the crickets and locusts and gets upset at me feeding them to anything cause he see's them as his pets aswell bless. So nice big stick insects he'll love. Even the school said they'd be interested in some for the class lol Wish we had cool things at primary school.

Then, just because I hadn't used the £5 voucher off paypal for postage I ended up getting an African mantid (Polyspilota aeruginosa) 4th instar nymph off ebay lol
Got set up's ready and waiting for them.

I have these and they are great.

Nymphs are so fun and will try anything to try and convince you they are a stick or dead.
