We don't have heat lamps or mats for ours tbh. They seem to fair well enough.

Chilean Rose's like their substrate very dry. We just have an old milk carton lid as a water bowl, without cotton wool, in case of mites and bacteria, but thats personal choice. Her hide is half a flower pot

Its probably too late now, but honduran curlyhair (latin name in my sig) are very docile and look great IMO. My Charlotte is docile to the point where I sometimes wonder if shes vegetarian - she is so gentle with the crickets!

Let us know what you decide on getting. I just wanted to add you can only keep one T per enclosure, even two of the same species or sex. Just thought id add that as I noticed you put '1 chilean rose'. There are people that have communal pinktoes, but this is debated and it still isnt advised by some people. But this is an exception. While those T's accept each other in most cases, any other T wont.
I find Exo Terra fauneriums are very good escape proof tanks, and if you get a chilea most people say they are like rocks anyway lol, so it probably wouldnt be bothered about escaping much, although mine climbs around alot and is very active most of the time.
Good luck!!

Tarantulas and bulbs do not mix well, please use a heat mat.

Tarantulas can climb glass very easily and a contact burn isn't going to do them any good.
