Default pink foot in moult

my goliath pink foot is about to moult all his rump has gone very dark and he isnt eating. i hope he gets through it okay as i understand that they are known for bad moults and dying without any signs

also its his first moult since i have had him

he's 2and half maybe 3 inch

right spray the tank make sure its humid as this is why many ppl lose the theraphosa species kkep it warm and make sure no crickets etc in tank then leave it check daily dont be alarmed if taking ages to shed as as they get older can take upto 48 hours to moult

Yeah keep him humid. They're normally without problems til about the 4" mark then they have problems!

she hasnt gone into the moult position yet so i think im going to seize the opportunity and give her another misting becaause im not going to be disturbinb her when she goes into moult
