I'm 100% it NOT a Goliath and the longer he disagree's the worse it looks for him as a dealer. Like I said before, either he has been conned by his supplier or he is conning his buyer. It makes you wonder how many other people didnt get what they paid for. xx

Typical example of dealers not knowing what they're selling ...... yesterday I went into a shop that was selling about a dozen T's mostly juveniles/adult. He had a tank said " Goliath bird eater" 98 pounds. So I thought , cool I'll have a look. Got the tank off the shelf, looks in , there sits a nice big lovely example of a ............. Salmon Pink

So I goes to the guy selling it and says , excuse me but this is not a goliath, its a salmon pink and no way will it sell at 98 quid. His reply was.... I bought it from a guy that said its a goliath so thats what I'm selling it as, and with that he put it back on the shelf and walked off

I wish these people would find out what they are selling before they try and sell them.
Ah well he's the 1 looking an absolute pillock.

thankyou. the site is Caterbury Exotics, Canterbury, Kent, UK - Reptiles, lizards, snakes, amphibians, spiders, scorpions, livefood, reptiles, bearded dragon, corn snake, leopard gecko, coral the nunber is on there. Would he definatly do something about it if you rang Becky, as I am no good at this kinda thing. I definatly wont send the spider back though, as ive grown to like him.

I would suggest emailing him the link to this thread so he can look at the evidence provided that it's not a goliath and have a chance to publically have his say and offer an explanation.

I think that's a good call, cos a lot has been said without him being able to respond.
