He just lives in an old fish tank with pebbles, plastic plants and a land area. Got a filter set up and i feed him everyday on turtle sticks and dried shrimp but when he's older he won't need feeding so often.

Put some coolie loaches in with him to eat all the crap i.e uneaten food. They are nocturnal and spend their time hidden amongst the pebbles. So very little chance of them getting munched on.

I am jealous, but, dont bank on the loaches remaining.
As far as the pebbles go, make sure they aren't small enough to be eaten.

Lol, the loaches have been in there for ages. I hardly ever see them as they are always hiding amongst the pebbles. The pebbles are probably bigger than the turtle btw. Maybe i should have called them smooth rocks :p
