Thank you...they are rather gorgeous Star is a resuce...he has an over shot jaw which the previous owner said was the reason he had to be handfed cucumber...TOTAL RUBBISH. I put all his food in a saucer with large pebbles at the bottom. Within 3 weeks the overgrown beak was filed right down and he was totally feeding himself on a diet of about 70% weeds. He is the smallest tort I have even though he is the oldest and is not very strong at all.
BTW you might have noticed that on the web page star is referred to as a 'she' WRONG...last year after hibernation she revealed to us that she def is a boy...tail is mega long now too.
