Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Even what we say. People have different methods that work for them that others may even frown upon. But if it works for you and your animal is not in danger then who cares what they think.

I myself never drop the temperature and have never had any negative issues. And as above there are plenty of other experienced owners that do similar.

A faecal test through PALS is also something you should look into. It's a great, reasonably priced, service that will reveal any parasites.

If you have any concerns, doubts or worries about your animals health always consult a qualified veterinarian (with the necessary experience).

Nobody can properly diagnose an animal based on descriptions and photos. Especially when those animals, such as reptiles, have a small list of visible symptoms than can be found across a large range of problems.

Always see a vet. Don't let strangers on the internet make you do something you'll regret. They won't take responsibility.
