Either is fine. They both contain calcium and vitamins and contain everything that's needed. I've only ever used nutrobal and have had no problems. I've heard good things about Repashy as well.
You don't need seperate calcium as well, but it won't hurt if you supply it. A lot of people get confused saying that the calcium content in balanced supplements is very low. Remember though, that it is usually supplied as calcium carbonate, which has a molecular weight of 100. Calcium has a MW of 40. This means that pure calcium carbonate can only contain a maximum of 40% calcium anyway.
