Horsfields tortoises are great (Without the 'E')

With regards to diet, ideally garden weeds should be the bulk of the diet (It isn't the best time of year to get a tortoise, not many weeds about now ). Most people hibernate their Russians in the winter and don't have to worry about finding food.
