I find when dusting in a plastic food bag the crix are really hard to get out after the dusting. Is there an easier method?

I have a paint brush to help them out of the bag. Also find that i dont need to half the time as they ussually run up the bag if i turn it on its side....and they leg it out in a big line. Just make sure you put just the right amount of "dust" in to start with
