Personally I wouldn't use that video as a guide for anything. A few things wrong.
Heating/lighting wise it over complicates things. You generally don't require any night time heating for beardies. They are fine being cold at night.
I would use only one of those 60w or maybe 75w reflector bulbs at the hot end (not quite sure why they put one in halfway?). A raised basking area will provide hotter temperatures and won't affect the lower temperatures.
On a side note:
Don't put the UVB half way down - it can lead to eye problems. It should be up at the top with a reflector. Also don't use those rubbish dial thermometers - absolute money waster.
For a reptile shop video, it's a bit of a fail.
