If you check through the above link it says the size of each heatmat in inches, you want to cover roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of the floor to allow them to go between hot and cold sides easily. I imagine you'd want to use a 4w (5 x 4 inch) or 7w (6 x 11 inch)

Bulb sounds fine
