Make one there so easy to do seriously...

Things needed

1 45x45x45cm Polystyrine box (Fish monger/Fish shop)
1 30x30 cm Heat mat Ebay
1 Mat Stat/pulse stat £20 ebay
A few Kebab Sticks
Digital thermo £5 Ebay

I use one of these and it fine... i am however using a dimming stat rather than a mat stat...
