Default EHS Norwich show 2012

Following on from a great show in July at the Norfolk showground we are pleased announce that we have rebooked the showground exhibition hall for sunday 8th July 2012. We have also been offered the option of increased floor space with the provision of a large marque if needed so hopefully even bigger than this year.

No but we will look at the table layout. TBH it was roomy compared to Doncaster lol.

The main exhibition hall has recently had some work done and been fitted with partitions so that it can be split into a 1/3 or 2/3 of floor space. These would be available to us if we wanted them. Unfortunately it is still mega more expensive than the hall we used in July and therefore way beyond our budget. However, if circumstances change i.e. we have a resurgence of the anti lobby and we have a rash of show cancellations we would not rule out using it.

email club chair Colin Ware to be put on the mailing list for being sent a booking form. they will be going out straight after christmas. Price per table probably same as last year at £20. Considering this was a first time at the venue public turnout was pretty good last July and by sticking there from now on is expected to increase year on year.

for anyone wanting to go on the booking form mailshot contact colin Ware on
[email protected]

Those running tables this year are already on the list

timely bump and reminder. Booking forms should be available next week and will be emailed to all who had tables in 2011 if they provided an email address on booking documentation
