Question cheapish fogger ... question ??

Hi .. i feel PRETTY dumb asking this BUT ...

do all foggers humidify a viv ?? ... i got a unbranded one off ebay and the fog it makes feels REALLY dry and not too humid .... its for my tokay ... ive set it up above the exo terra (on the mesh bit) in a tupperware box /... with another bigger tupperware box over it making the fog go down into the viv (if that makes sence lol )

the only humidity signs are from the drips of water off the tupperware boxes condensation ...... am i being dumb ??? lol

dunno but wouldnt it be better to put the fogger inside the viv?
Also have you used a humidity(digital) sensor to see what the humidty in the viv air is?

i have no way of getting the wire out of the viv ... if that makes sence ... the holes at the back at the top are sealed shut ( was second hand and bought like that )
