Default Fruit flies

Hi, I've just bought a colony of fruit flies for the very 1st time. Can anybody tell me what I'm supposed to do with them . Do I leave them for so many days or what ? When I feed them to my lizards do I just put the whole lot in ? I don't know how many there are in there wether there will be loads or a few. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm surprised at you, Andy, where's your salesman's instincts? They should be called Nutritious Fruit Strollers! You could stock them at Furless Friends!
