Default Calci worms

I just ordered some calci worms for the first time and they arrived today. I'm a little concerned because the majority of them are dark brown, which I've read is perfectly fine, but they are also not moving at all. I've also spotted a tiny white bug running around in the pot.

Any opinions on whether or not these are ok or what the little white bug might be?

Dark brown ones that aren't moving are usually pupating - soldier flies should soon emerge. The white bug is probably just a springtail so I wouldn't be concerned about it.

Thanks for the fast reply! Better feed them fast because I don't really want soldier flies
