Default isopods from my garden

are isopods from my garden safe to use
or do I need to feed them something to clean there guts out
of what they have been eating
before I add them to my terrarium
never look down on people only when you are helping them up

Ive used isopods straight from the garden for all my set ups, and they are fine. Great clean up crews once established.

Leave them in a week or so to get them settled in before introducing your animal(s)
