Default Red runner roach removal

Thank you for letting me ask this question here. I just bought a used car from a dealership about 3 weeks ago. I discovered that it has red runner roaches in it I've seen four of them I put out a sticky trap and caught one. That's how I discovered what kind of bug it was. How do I get rid of these out of my car. Perhaps the previous owner was a breeder. I don't know but I appreciate any help that you can give me. God bless you 🙂

Surely spaying fly killer on the inside of the car and leaving the doors and windows closed for a couple of hours should do it ( ventilate afterwards ) .

Thanks I'll give it a try. I hope they're not laying eggs. Ugh. It's creepy when they come out at night and I'm driving
