Default Ceramics Questions

I'm setting up a viv for a retic over the next few months and I'm looking in to using ceramic bulbs to heat but have a few questions as I haven't used them before.

Firstly the viv is 7' x 3' of floor space and 2' high and the room it is in is always kept between 22 and 24C. What wattage would I need for a suitable warm end?

Secondly the reflectors I've looked at all seem way larger than the safety cages. Can you get cages large enough to fit the reflector in as well? And do the reflectors fit any fitting or do they need to be specific to certain bulb fittings?

If anyone can advise on a decent set up it would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have a 6' x 2 x2 ' wooden viv .

A 250W works great in that so I'm guessing it would be good for yours ..

Just remember 200W and 250W ceramics require a ceramic bulb holder - as I understand .
