Pacman Frog heating and Humidity tips
Hey i have a pac-man frog inside a 10 gallon tank. I am using a 30-40 gallon heat mat. But i am not sure if it is getting the right temps at night. I have a thermostat and it says it gets roughly about 68 at night and almost 80 in the day. I want to use a heat emitter because i think that will get him to the recommended heat for him. But forums are stating that a heat emitter may be to much for him. So if the heat mat is not working and I have a LED light on him as well for day and night cycles. But in the day I still do not think that he is getting the right temperature. What can I use to get him the recommended heat. I do not mind getting him a low wattage heat emitter if I can find one. Or if anyone can give me tips of a good wattage one that would be appreciated. So any tips for heat and lighting would be appreciated?
Also I am getting a new temp gun tonight to make sure the reading are accurate.
Also any tips for humidity would be cool to. I am using a mister and it helps but better ways or suggestions are very appreciated.
