Default mushroom

hi there
right are mushrooms harmful
I have had my setup as it is now for about two years
and this morning is the first time I have seen mushrooms growing
there are four of them they are white
they look like sewing thimble the steams are about 2" tall
should I just leave them or remove them

It all depends on the species of fungus, so unless you can ID them 100% it will be safe to remove them.

the steam was about 2" tall last night
this morning its about 8"tall the cap is like a gray colour
so don't know what type of fungus this is
so going to remove it to be safe

Yeah with fungus most of the time it is better to be safe then sorry!
