Default Mold Gargoyle gecko enclosure

I need some help. I have a fairly new enclosure. I am having white mold issues in my enclosure. Should I be worried? What can I do to reduce this. Will it eventually go away? I have a 18×18×24 exo terra enclosure. I have about 4 to 5 inches of coco fiber substrate to help with humidity, I used the compact kind that you have to wet. Should I have used the coco fiber in the bag instead? Do you recommend a different substrate? I just need to be pointed in the right direction. I mist twice a day, once in the AM and before lights out at 9pm.

Sounds like it's too wet, are you using a drainage layer in the setup? This would help quite a bit if not
