Default Cleaning new viv before use

I bought a second hand viv, and before I put it back together I'd like to give it a clean.

What would be best to use to clean it?

I was thinking just using some warm water with a bit of fairy liquid in it and ringing the cloth out and giving it a wipe. Will that suffice?
Its made of contiboard.

I'd also use a good disinfectant and give the corners a scrub with a tooth brush

Its already clean, its mainly just that the previous owner was a smoker.

Ah even better. I'd use a reptile disinfectant to wipe it over as Meko suggests above
