Default building a 6ft viv.

Were looking to building a new vivarium soon(6ft) for a bearded dragon, does anyone know where we could things the things we will need such as:
  • glass runners etc etc....
How would we have to set up the heating etc in a tank that size??

Thanks!

Oh, well you should have asked where you can buy long uv tubes rather than asking where to buy glass runners then..

Not sure if this is what you were after but..

I think 48" is the largest UV tube size, I don't think you'll really need a 5ft one, maybe consider upgrading to a megaray bulb.

like Rick said.. 48inch is the longest (well the longest i've seen).

A 150watt bulb, or possibly a 100watt might do it.

For the runners and bits:
Volly

or

Lotus Nut

or

i would use silicone to stick the runners down, i also get mine from ebay as they are the cheapest i can find. i use 6mm toughened glass as well its just alot safer. and for the heating i use a 100 watt ceramic bulb at one end and a 48 inch uv tube in the middle. my beardie viv is just under 6ft i've put a picture in so u can see.
