Default my homemade viv

ive never made one before so im pleased with how it turned out for my first attempt,usually theres nine inch nails sticking out of what ever i try and make .

ive still got to get some branches and hides but i just thought id share my pics lol.what do you think?

nice isn't it a bugger when you measure all the holes 3 million times and then drill and they still don't totally line up perfectly grrrrr..............

yeah ive cut 8cm off the back piece of wood and put mesh in there for ventilation.i got the background picture from a pet shop in my area a pound a foot and i only got six foot so thats an ok price really.im going to be putting a boa in there sometime near to xmas,just cant wait to get it now lol.

How did you get your glass in with having the same runner top and bottom

what type of mesh you going to put in there ?
is the glass fitting square,
top plinth will give enough ventalion,big gaps
imho id rebuild it .
start again and try getting it square,
top looks well off.

get them bits sorted ,and your on your way to making a descent viv

it doesnt bother me about being slighty off,it was my first attempt.the glass runners are different,the top one is deeper.it is square and the glass lines up perfect.
