Talking Hi everyone!

Hi everyone I am getting my first reptile in a few days and thought this would be a great place to sign up onto as I would regularly browse about here a few times every few days anyway.

I'm getting a leopard gecko Tremper albino as i bought it from blue lizard reptiles took 1 day for reply excluding Easter Monday, which i thought was good and said they cant post that week because of the temperature and said next week would be better so i said next Wednesday which is 7 days as i'm away till Tuesday night. Since last Wednesday asking for it to be sent on Tueday to arrive on Wednesday but still no dispatch email or email saying temperature are to low or that's fine you will receive on Wednesday. So basically i'm peed off with them so far as i could off just paid the extra fiver to 888 reptile. Has anyone one else had slow dispatch times of problems with blueliizardreptile? I have bought a viv off them that was perfect in every way so don't know whats happening.

hi and welcome thre currently having trouble with their emailing system so thats probably why they ant emailed you, phone them and they can sort it for you

Hi we have actually phoned everybody who has ordered livestock to say if it can or cant be dispatched you didnt answer your phone and we couldnt leave a message? You can always give the shop a ring if you have a problem? Have you since swapped this for the adult.

The delays have been caused due to the over-night temperatures as it isnt safe to transport livestock when the temperature is almost freezing at night. But thankful this week it has improved, normally this time of the year isnt an issue but we've had this horrible extended-winter. It probably would have been the same case at 888.

I understand now as my phone never plays voicemail for some reason and i got it swapped for a hypo that looks awesome as the staff on phone were happy to do that.
