Default Sailfin lizard identifying

We’ve had him for a few months, we are going to upgrade him to a custom cage soon. But we would just like some help trying to figure out if he’s a Weber’s or a Philippine sailfin! He eats good and is very active, though is very aggressive with daily handling. He doesn’t like soaking in water and prefers to climb up anything even when roaming around a room. Any closure ideas would be nice to learn if anyone has experience with them, thank you for the help!!
