Default A good bearded dragon diet?

Could anyone list all the good veggies my beardie can have? I'm looking for staple diet at the moment and I might add other things a few times a week.

This morning I made her some spring greens, rocket, green multileaf lettuce, red multileaf lettuce, peppers, grated apple and butternut squash.. can I offer all of this daily and switch it up abit once a week?

Thanks in advance

Read that. Also search on google for bearded dragon nutrition, it will show you several other food lists, there are also some on here within various posts.

Thanks, are the things that I fed her this morning a good staple diet??

I've tried looking if multileaf lettuce is a good staple food but I can't find anything??

I dont think it will do any harm but i dont think its particularly good either.

I also wouldnt class different colours as being different varieties (although technically it is, i mean in terms of watercress and rocket being different varieties of salad for example)

Lettuce in general is quite poor nutrition.
If you have read through that post properly it tells you some excellent everday (or staple) veggies you can get from nearly all supermarkets.
It also explains that suitable fruits (although considered a staple) is something you should use more as treats or occational items to help rotate thorough the veggies provided and give variety.

Picking a handful of veggies and then just feeding those forever is not as beneficial as having a mix that you swap about and change
