Default Leopard gecko health advice

I've recently just noticed some strange holes under my leopard gecko as if its tearing and I'm wondering if I should be worried or if I'm able to resolve this issue.

Need a clearer pic, but that looks like preanal pores- if that's the case, you have a boy.

Here's a better pic. I haven't noticed something like this on him before.

I think they may be a little infected. Maybe a vet visit is advised.
