Default Chinese Water Dragon hatchling help?

Hello, I just had my very first Chinese Water Dragon egg hatch. I only had three fertile ones of the 9 she laid, of those three the one that just hatched first was a very small egg compared to the others which are still incubating. The Water Dragon does not look so good, the tail has a kink in it and it looks like the stomach is open, and there is a little pinkish sack hanging out of it.? Is anyone experienced with breeding them know if this is okay? I searched and could not find anything.

Well day 2, the opening and sack has disappeared. The other two eggs have hatched! All 3 look to be in good health except that all three have linked tails, one which makes a 90 and another 90 to make a 180 degrees. I’m assuming these are bad genetics ? I would hope otherwise they will live normal lives.
