Leopard Gecko Substrate?

I’m curious about using Arcadia earthmix arid with my Leopard Gecko. He’s currently on reptile carpet but I’ve heard a few worrying things about it so I’d like to change it up...

My question is, do you have to have a bio active tank to use earthmix arid or can you just use it?

You can just use it. You defo need a loose substrate of some kind though- leos like to dig burrows.

You can just use it without having a bioactive tank setup

I use it with my leos and they're not bioactive set ups.
