Default Dusting food ect

Hi. I am very very addiment on using calcium dust for my lizards insects & veg ect

I might rescue a beardie who hasnt had any calcium dusted on his food for 3 or 4 months now, however, when i went to see it, it hadnt any signs of MBD and looked quite healthy.

If i do get the beardie, what is a good way to get alot of calcium in it? or would i just start dusting its food daily?

I am so angry about this, as the owner is actually my friend and i thought he would have researched how to look after the Beardie
