Default vivarium decorations

alright i was wondering if anyone knows any websites i can buy good big branches and other things to decorate my new 4.5 x 2 x 7.5 viv going to need quite a bit to fill it.

dont by wood from rep shops/site mate they rip u off head to the local woods and get some nice branchs clean off bark and give them a soak in milton steralizing fluid and then give them a good wash and let them dry out in the sun

hi, we dont get a lot of sun here - wet and wild northumberland! Can I place branches that I have sanded and sterilized on a radiator? How much sterilizer should I use and how long should I soak them for?

hey i dont know were you live but world of water near watford sell wood pretty cheap, only like £5 for a 4ft log sterilised and baked and that, safe for reps.

hiya hun also i get mine from the woods i wack them in a big bin or bath to soak, i soak mine for at least 24 hours in 1 pt bleech 10 pt water,i always wack loads of bleech in soak for 24 hrs then give it a good scrub with milton baby neat and then soak in water for another 24 hours just to be sure and i dry mine on the radiator also hun for a few days,just make sure they are fully dry and dont have any smell before putting them in happy hunting hun

just let them dry natral as the radiator would dry them out to quickly and poss split i use about half a cupfull in a bath of hot water. and weight them down. put them in the airing cuboard thats how i do if its raining
