how old is he?
how big is your viv?
what are your temps? (hot side, basking temp and cool-side)
how long have you had him?
what are you feeding him?

if you can answer those basic questions then someone will be more likely to be able to help you. xxx

The viv he is in is too small - needs to be 4 x 2 x 2 foot
The basking temperature needs to be 105 - 115f
As the temps seem to be on the low side he may be about to brumate which would explain the lack of interest in food.
Roughly what size or weight is he? and has the uv been changed at all - regular ones only last about 6 months. Do you dust his food?
