perfect mate, anywhere between 72 and 80f in the day and can drop as low as the low 60's at night, however this drop is not compulsory.

Humidity is great too, anywhere between 50 to 80 is cool, just mist twice a day for a baby and once a day in the evening for an adult!!

Good luck

Tommy

Heres temps for New Caledonia, remember these are 6 months out to us as in Southern Hemisphere and where the crestys are situated is on the cooler side of the islands and this temp chart is almost certainly showing for the wamer babitated parts of the Islands. Also add in the shade factor hence going down to Low 60s

WEATHER AND CLIMATE IN NEW CALEDONIA

The climate is fairly stable year round, although our favorite time is September-December, when the least amount of rain falls and the day temperatures are in the 70s F/23-27 C. The rest of the year is hot, humid or rainy (or all three) but usually isn't so awful that a trip should be canceled. July and August are the coolest and windiest months, with some days reaching only into the mid 60s F/17-22 C. The worst time is February-April -- the rainy season (though rain is sporadic and mostly confined to the mountains). Cyclones may blow in any time from November to March. Take a sweater for evenings, especially if you're going into the mountains (temperatures are about 10 degrees F/5 C cooler).

Interestingly have a look at this page as it gives current weather including humidity and you might be suprised by the levels as they are not as high as people state they should be for cresties!!
