All you need right now is a basking bulb for the holder, assumin this is near one end of the viv just get a 75w exo terra sunlight bulb or something [just over a fiver usually]

And then one of two things, either a heat mat [36incher] to stick to the back of the viv again nearer the warm end [where ur bulb is]

Or a red bulb, to be positioned near the basking bulb, similar wattage or less, the 2 combined will create a hotter bask [but still fine] and spread the heat further towards the cool end leaveing a little unheated.
Also the red bulb would allow you to view your beardie in the evening if it wer on, altho its very warm at the moment isnt it so no night time heating would kick in as the thermostat [set to70-75] would keep it off.

whichever of the 2 options url want it on a thermostat [but no need to put the basking bulb on a stat aslong as it is very much at one end]

also url need a source of uv,if ur gona use a tube then please see here
http://uvguide.co.uk/fluorescenttubes.htm
so you can understand how the tubes spread the uv and realise how important it is that ur beardie can get close to the tube.

Other than that you prolly want a couple thermometers, a hygrometre isa good idea, feeding bowl, possibly a water bowl and decor.

PS- just noticed, thinking bout it ur viv is quite narrow and not so high, if u go for the red bulb over the heat mat id prolly get a 60w, same for the basking bulb.

Dean
